How do I identify my driver when I arrive at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the drop off point located in the short stay car park just 20 metres from the terminal entrance, holding a board displaying the Drop and Go logo. As an additional security measure the driver will be in possession of your vehicle details and your unique booking reference to ensure you are handing your vehicle over to the correct person.

What happens if I arrive at the airport later than the agreed time?
If you are running late please call us so we can ensure a driver is there to meet you on your arrival. If you do not notify us and arrive 30 minutes after your booked arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you.

Who will be driving my vehicle?
All our drivers have been carefully vetted, and are subjected to a regular driving assessment to ensure the utmost care is taken with the transportation of your vehicle to our storage site.

How secure is the vehicle storage?
The security of your vehicle whilst it is in our care is of paramount importance. Our secure compound is located approximately 2 miles away, and there are normally personnel on site 24 hours a day.

Is Drop and Go Parking Insured?
All our drivers are comprehensively insured to drive your vehicle. As with most other car parking operations, once the vehicle is in storage it is parked at the owners risk and your personal insurance covers your vehicle. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What happens if my return flight is delayed?
If you experience a delay on your return flight, please notify Drop and Go Parking as soon as possible. We will monitor your return flight information and re-schedule your driver to meet you on your return.

Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking with Drop and Go Parking up to 48 hours prior to your booked arrival time at the airport. You will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £7.50.

Are you legitimate?
We are a family run business priding ourselves on providing a secure and reliable service. Drop and Go Parking has also been appointed, by one of the UK's largest multi-site airport parking booking agents, as their exclusive Valet Parking Operator at Norwich International.

How long will I have to wait for my vehicle on my return?
We aim to have your vehicle waiting for you as you exit the terminal building. We request that you phone us once you have collected your luggage to ensure your vehicle is returned to you at the correct time.
