How It Works

Arrival Procedure
On the day of your arrival at the airport, please telephone 07876 71 76 74 when you are approximately 20 minutes from the airport to confirm your arrival time.

Once you arrive at Norwich Airport, simply drive directly to the drop off point located in the short stay car park, just 20 metres from the airport terminal entrance. Please take the ticket issued at the barrier and pass to your driver.

A Drop & Go representative, identified by a board displaying the Drop & Go Logo will be waiting in the drop and pick up area. While you unload your luggage we will check in your car. You will then be able to proceed straight to the check-in desks.

Your vehicle will be driven directly to our secure car park, approximately 1 mile away, and stored for the duration of your trip.

Please note that Norwich Airport currently only allows 5 minutes to drop off and pick up free of charge in the short stay car park. We will aim to have your vehicle checked in and for you to be on your way within these 5 minutes. 

Return Procedure
On the day of your return, when you have collected your baggage please telephone 07876 71 76 74. On making contact you will be advised where your driver will meet you with your vehicle, allowing you to continue your onward journey.

Under normal circumstances and for our customers own safety we will meet you in the 2nd aisle of the short stay car park.

If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to the disabled bays located on the 1st aisle.

If your return date changes we require 24 hours notice to ensure we have your vehicle available for your return.
