How It Works

Arrival Procedure
On the day of your arrival at the airport, please telephone 07876 71 76 74 when you are approximately 20mins from the airport to confirm your arrival time.

Once you arrive at Norwich Airport, simply drive directly to the drop off point located in the short stay car park, just 20 metres from the airport terminal entrance. Please take the ticket issued at the barrier and pass to your driver.

A Drop & Go representative, identified by a board displaying the Drop & Go Logo, will meet you at the agreed time and assist you with the unloading of your luggage. You will then be able to proceed straight to the check-in desks.

Your vehicle will be driven directly to our secure car park, approximately 2 miles away, and stored for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
On the day of your return, when you have collected your baggage please telephone 07876 71 76 74. On making contact you will be advised where your driver will meet you with your vehicle, allowing you to continue your onward journey. Under normal circumstances this will be the pick up point located in the short stay car park.

If your return date changes we require 24 hours notice to ensure we have your vehicle available for your return.
