Terms & Conditions

1.	All our drivers are comprehensively insured to drive all vehicles on a public road.

2.	All vehicles are parked at the customer's own risk.

3.	We reserve the right to move vehicles to a parking area of our own choosing within the vicinity.

4.1	Drop and Go Parking will make good damage to a vehicle caused by the proven negligence or wilful act or acts of its employees subject to the following conditions:

	4.1.1. Any damage must be reported before the client leaves Norwich International.

	4.1.2. Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Drop and Go Parking.

4.2	Loss or damage is only accepted pursuant to clause 4.1 above if it occurs while the vehicle is in the custody of Drop and Go Parking.

4.3	Save as detailed in clause 4.1 above, no liability is accepted for loss or damage howsoever caused except that arising from negligence, which results in death or personal injury.

4.4	No liability is accepted for any consequential loss including but not limited to car hire, alternative transport fares or hotel charges.

4.5	No liability is accepted for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property left in the vehicle.

4.6	No liability is accepted for any damage to the windscreen, windows or tyres of the vehicle.

4.7	No liability is accepted for any mechanical or electrical defect or defects.

4.8	No liability is accepted for any acts of vandalism.

5.	It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and road fund licence.

6.	Every vehicle received is subject to a lien for all Drop and Go Parking charges accrued and accruing.

7. 8. 8.1 8.2 8.3	Bookings with Drop and Go Parking may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your booked arrival time. The cost of the parking will be refunded less an administration charge of £7.50. No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If your flight is rescheduled and your car is returned no refund will be issued for a part stay. A new booking will have to be placed with your new details. If your return flight is delayed and you go over your pre booked time (this will be adjusted to your official flight landing time) by 3 hours you will be charged extra by Drop and Go at our standard daily rate of £7.50 If your return to Norwich Airport is between 23.00 and 05.00 a supplement of £2.50 will be charged along side the daily parking charge as per clause 8.1 If your flight is cancelled due to bad weather no refund will be issued with less than 48 hours notice.
